Hands on Management by MD & RN
The Owner, Administrator, MD & RN interact directly with each resident & their families on a consistent basis. We work side by side with our caregivers providing hands on personal care, ongoing support & education. By seeing each resident on a regular basis & working closely with our caregivers we are able to assess & monitor each resident closely.
Communication & Interaction
We provide outstanding communication with our residents & their families.
We give frequent updates & notify the family of any changes in resident’s status.
Due to our vast medical experience & knowledge we are able to fill in gaps in communication that occur when a senior interacts within the health care system.
High Staff Ratio
Our high staff ratio gives our staff the time & support they need not only to meet residents’ physical care needs but gives them time to listen & meet residents social & emotional needs as well.
At TLC Costa Brava we have a consistent staff with low staff turnover. In addition, our staff is broadly trained & receives advanced training from the Doctor & Nurse. Our team truly strives to make you & your loved ones feel at home & part of an extended family.
